Maid of Honor
Anna and I have been best friends since we were 2 years old! We grew up in Griffin together, graduated high school together, lived together in college, and even moved to Atlanta and Nashville and were roommates in both cities. Anna is the best friend anyone could have. We have been through so much together and there was never a question about her taking on the role of MOH!
Bridesmaid
Kelly is my cousin, but we are more like sisters. We became really close when I went to college. After living in Atlanta for several years, Kelly helped convince me to move to Portland so we could be closer together. We experienced a lot of adventures together in the 2 years we were in the same city. Even though we don't live 7 minutes away from each other anymore, Kelly is only a phone call away if I ever need anything.
Bridesmaid
Stephanie and I worked together for a short time in Atlanta. It was only for a few months, but we instantly clicked as friends and continued to hang out and keep in touch. She is one of my best friends and has been for several years. She also has the cutest little girl that I have loved since day 1, who happens to be our flower girl!
Bridesmaid
Kristen and I also worked together in Atlanta. We both left that particular job a couple of times but we convinced each other to come back every time because we loved working together so much. Eating Mexican together after work on Fridays was our thing. Kristen is one of the funniest people, but also one of the best people I know.
Bridesmaid
Jessica and I worked together in the hospital in Atlanta. It was a really tough job so we leaned on each other to get through. She's one of the kindest people I have ever met. We don't see each other often, but we always manage to check in and keep in touch. I was actually a bridesmaid in her wedding last year (and caught her bouquet!).
Bridesmaid
Katie and I moved to Portland within a month of each other. Me being from Georgia, and she being from Texas, our southern roots helped connect us in our new city. We worked alongside each other and grew really close pretty quickly. People referred to us as work wives because they would always find us together (on lunch dates). She was my go to person for advice when Chuck and I started dating long distance.
Bridesmaid
Alexis is Chuck's younger sister. She is extremely sweet and so so smart. Chuck absolutely adores his baby sister, and I love her too!
Bridesmaid
Chelsey is Chuck's sister-in-law. She is so fun to be around and is the absolute best Mom to Liam, our ring bearer, and soon to be Mom to our newest little nephew. We both love Chelsey so much.
Best Man
Branden is my younger brother. Being 3 1/2 years apart, we are as close as brothers could be. Growing up in Hamilton together, we enjoyed playing baseball as kids in Lindenwald, and we both are blessed with amazing parents. Branden is a Navy veteran, and a die hard Green Bay Packers fan. His sense of humor is the best that there is. Being a jokester and a nuisance all at the same time, I cherish him not just as a brother, but as my closest friend.
Groomsman
Jimi and I have been friends for nearly 10 years. We’ve also shared the same stage countless times, and I’m just lucky we have a great time playing music together when we can. Not only is Jimi one of the most solid bass players I know and have played with, he’s also a super solid individual. Jimi has a Bachelor of Arts in Music, Masters of Business Administration from Florida Southern College, and a Masters of Music in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami, Florida. As with everyone else on this list, we have shared many of laughs together, and most of them include Smokey and the Bandit references and Coors beer at some point. I’m honored to have him with us!
Groomsman
Marc, otherwise known as “Sarge”, is the newest addition to my closest friends circle. Marc is an Army combat veteran, and served in the first Gulf War with elements of the 3rd Infantry Division, as well as being an M1 Abrams tanker. This dude is legit. He’s a New England Patriots fan, and I’ve chosen not to judge him for that. Or for being a Boston Red Sox fan either, but we will let it slide for today. He loves prog metal, and so do I. We’ve spent countless nights up late listening and watching live music performances and talking about music. If you’re lucky enough for him to call you a friend, then you’re in a small circle of people that have each others backs at all times. I have a lifetime friend in him, and I’m grateful for it.
Groomsman
I’ve known Sean almost 10 years. Sean is an Army veteran and served his country proudly at Ft Campbell. While there, he and his buddies would come to the Wildhorse Saloon on the weekends when I played there (Brother Trouble), and when we found out we were both from Hamilton, we instantly became friends. Through the years, he moved away, got married and now has two boys, and is an ardent patriot, great father, and husband. This guy would be there for me in a heartbeat if ever needed it, and the same goes the other way around. He’s one of the good guys.
Groomsman
Oh man, this one is fun. Matt was my best friend growing up. I’ve known Matt for almost 27 years! Matt and I grew up in church together, went to school together and have had our fair share of adventures. Needless to say we’ve had our fair share of laughs until we cried growing up. Matt has worked for CSX railroad for over 10 years, and is an exceptional husband to Mallory and father to the kids. He enjoys hunting and fishing, and loves the Lord with all of his heart. Also a fun fact, I was in Matt and Mallorys wedding too! I’m honored he is going to be with me on the big day!
Groomsman
Bronze and I have known each other over 12 years. Not only has he been an awesome bandmate, but he’s been one of my closest friends for years. We’ve shared the stage together countless (and yes, its hard to try and count up how many shows we’ve actually played together) times and we’ve shared many more good times out on the road, as well as at home. Bronze is one of the most talented guitar players I’ve ever known, and he’s just a great dude overall in regular life. I’m proud to call him my friend, and honored to have him beside me on the big day. He also loves George Michaels.
Groomsman
Jared is Melissa’s brother. He has a degree from Georgia Tech in business management and currently resides in Maryland working for the good guys. I can’t wait to have him as my new brother in the years to come!
Groomsman
Andrew grew up down the street from Branden and I in Fairfield, Ohio. Branden and Andrew have been best friends since they were in 2nd grade, and Andrew quickly became like a little brother to me. He’s been a big part of my life for over 20 years, and he’s been there for me, well, like a brother. Andrew has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Miami University of Ohio. Through the years, there’s been many laughs, some tears, and plenty of memories we share, and I’m glad for him to be here with me when I say “I do” to Mel.
Flower Girl
I've known Wyatt since the day she was born. She has such a shining personality, is extremely silly, and acts like the most perfect princess.
Ring Bearer
Liam is Chuck's nephew. He's a handsome little guy that loves to mess with Uncle Chuck. When we originally asked him to be our ring bearer he said he was too young for such a big responsibility. He finally agreed to it once his Dad talked him through it.
Usher
Avel is one of my absolute best friends. We met when I was living in Portland. He was my dog sitter, quarantine/snowstorm/wildfire roommate, and we went on tons of adventures together! He's one of the best people you will ever meet. He and Chuck hit it off really well when they first met and it's like a comedy show when those two are together. We love Ave so much!
Usher
Monty is another one of my best friends that I met while living in Portland. He's the best listener and gives the best advice. Add Monty into the mix with Avel and Chuck and you better watch out. Monty, Avel and I spent countless weekends and nights together.
