Bus Transportation (No Ubers/Lyfts to Venue)

Bus Pick Up Times to Venue from DoubleTree: 3:50pm leaves for venue promptly 4pm Venue does not allow Ubers/Lyfts so if staying at another hotel please uber or drive to the DoubTree for Pickup/Dropoff Wedding Ceremony at 4:30pm Bus Back to DoubleTree from Venue: 9:45pm, 10pm and 10:20pm (Note the bus time home will be on your seating card either group 1, 2 or 3)
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Cocktail dress/semi-formal. Ladies, I suggest wearing a thicker heel for the grass or flats.
Enter through the Carriage House with the Welcome Sign. Follow signs down to the pond for the ceremony. Please be seated by 4:30pm for the wedding to begin!
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

From ceremony, guests will move up to the barn patio for cocktails and conversation!
Reception
6:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Enter through barn doors upstairs to the banquet hall to the party! At the end of the night buses will be provided to drive back to the hotel with the room block. Unless driving, everyone must take the bus, but can get an uber once at the drop off hotel to go out downtown Lancaster.
