We’re so excited to celebrate with you in Hydra, Greece! 🇬🇷
GETTING THERE:
Hydra is about 1–1.5 hours by ferry from the Piraeus port in Athens. The Pireaus port is about 30-45 minute drive from Athens airport. We recommend you book tickets at ferryhopper.com.
Please note that the new EES customs lines in Europe have been very long (up to 1.5 hours in some cases). Time accordingly!
GETTING AROUND:
No cars or bikes are allowed—only walking and water taxis! We recommend staying near the port, which is central and walkable. Note that some hotels involve stairs (you/luggage can be carried by donkey!). On the map, the farther from the water, the higher the climb.
WHERE TO STAY:
Because Hydra is small, book early—While we’ve listed a few hotel options below, we also recommend checking Booking.com or Airbnb.
