When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is June 24, 2022 at 11:59 PM. The venue requires the final headcount for seating and food at least four weeks in advance, and anyone that isn't accounted for by this deadline will not be accommodated.

Can I bring someone that I didn't RSVP for?

Answer

Anyone that wasn't listed in your group on the RSVP page, will not be accounted for in the venue's final headcount. This means that they will not be accommodated for on the day of the wedding. If you feel that we have made an error in your group count, please reach out to the bride or groom directly.

Do I really need to RSVP online? Can't I just confirm with the bride, the groom, or their families?

Answer

Both us and our families have a lot on our plates trying to make this the best day ever! It's likely that if you RSVP with one of us, we will miss you in our final headcount. We understand we may have some guests that are not the most tech-savvy (we see you, tias!). If this is the case, feel free to contact any member of our bridal party and they will be more than happy to assist you.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we adore your kids, we think everyone deserves a night of relaxation...and uninhibited revelry (open bar, am I right?). Due to the nature of the event, we will not be able to accommodate guests under the age of 13. We thank you for understanding and respecting our decision.

What are we eating???

Answer

We get it, this is always our first question too! You may have noticed we did not ask for meal preferences, and that is because our dinner will be served buffet style. Rest assured that we will be providing options to accommodate everyone's preferences and dietary restrictions, just make sure to save room for cake!

I'm coming from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

While we have not created a room block, there are plenty of hotels 10 minutes or less from the venue. Will parking be provided?

Answer

Yes, and the venue even allows guests to leave their cars overnight! They just need to be picked up the following morning by 9 AM. Let's party hard AND responsibly!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire, also known as semi-formal attire. Women typically wear knee-length dresses, jumpsuits, pantsuits and of course, little black dresses. Men typically wear causal suits and dress shirts with a tie or bow tie. When you look your best, you feel your best, and we want everyone to feel their absolute best on our special day! Please keep in mind that this is an outdoor event that will be taking place in the middle of summer.

What is the venue like?

Answer

GORGEOUS. But really, Leo Carrillo Ranch is a Historical Park, and there is a lot of land for our guests to explore. Please plan for a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the ceremony site, and a few stairs from there to the reception site. Site staff will be offering golf cart rides from the parking lot to the ceremony site for our guests that require assistance.
