Melina began working at Chuze Fitness in Fullerton, CA in 2016. There she met Jennifer and Tatiana, Bryant's sister and sister-in-law. Bryant came into the gym frequently while Melina was working, and they caught each other's eyes. Tatiana mentioned to Melina that her brother-in-law was single, and that she thought that they would make a great match. Simultaneously, she mentioned to Bryant that he should ask out the new girl at the gym. Needless to say, her excellent matchmaking skills paid off! They couldn’t think of anyone better when selecting an officiant!

Melina and Bryant went to Bo-beau in Downtown Long Beach on their first date. They talked about their shared love of traveling, superhero movies, and junk food until closing time. They couldn't explain it, but they both went home that night knowing they had just met the person they wanted to spend the rest of their lives with.

After a romantic weekend together in Las Vegas, Bryant asked Melina to be his girlfriend. July 22nd is a very special date for Melina and Bryant. Not only will they be getting married on this day, they will also be celebrating their five-year dating anniversary!

After playing the slideshow above for her, Bryant proposed to Melina in front of their closest family and friends while a mariachi serenaded her. It was the proposal of her dreams, only better!
