Summer Cocktail Attire: Event is outside on a lawn and concrete, so be wise with your footwear ladies!
There will be several yard games available, take time to check out the venue - maybe see horses and camels, spend time by the fountain, sign the guestbook and start mingling and having fun! Arrive any time after 4:30 and please make sure to allow enough time to be seated for the ceremony. *Note* There is on-site parking available. If you end up having TOO much fun, you are welcome to leave your vehicle overnight, but it MUST be picked up by 10:00 am the next morning.
Ceremony

Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

After the ceremony make your way over to the cocktail hour in the courtyard! There will be an open bar and appetizers for you to enjoy! You can also easily walk over to the welcome area and continue playing yard games. Make sure to visit the photo booth inside (available all night)! If you have little kiddos there's also a room for them to hang out, watch movies, play video games, color, etc. Anyone can feel free to take a breather in this room (although if it's full of kids, not sure how much of a breather it will be). This room is available all evening. *Note* Room is not supervised, so please make sure children are attended if necessary.
Reception

Grab a fresh drink and make your way inside to the reception area to find your table! Enjoy a buffet style dinner - we'll have options for allergies and veggies and the non-discriminant eat everything guests. Don't worry, the open bar continues all night, but you'll need to grab any drinks during dinner until it's time for the champagne toast which will be served tableside. After dinner, dance the night and calories away! Make sure you've hit the photo booth at least once!

There will be a ton of barbeque food, appetizers, snacks, desserts and themed cocktails. The evening will commence with our own version of a professional fireworks show. Come and hang out and celebrate with us on our first day as husband and wife!
