Bo & I met in October of 2015 at a cover band country concert at Fort Mason in San Francisco. I was walking by the main area and saw this gorgeous, tall man. I knew I had to know who he was. I walked right up to Bo, tapped him on the shoulder, and to this day can still remember his face of disbelief that I had come over to speak with him. Two days later we went on our first date in the Mission at Cha Cha Cha. From there, we’ve been together ever since. A year and a half later we moved in together to a small apartment in San Francisco, added Karl (our 2-year-old French Bulldog) to our family, and in September 2018, we bought our first house.

Bo proposed to me on October 4th, 2019. It was extremely intimate & absolutely perfect. We were off the grid at a friend's cabin up North on Eel River for the weekend celebrating our anniversary. The sun was setting as we were having dinner on the porch our first night overlooking the mountains and river when Bo got down on one knee and proposed. It was so special to be able to celebrate and enjoy the moment together, just us two, throughout the weekend before we got back to the real world (with reception) and shared the awesome news with our family and friends.
