What should I wear? What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite guests to dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire. For women, think midi or knee-length dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or dressy separates. For men, suits or dress shirts with slacks are perfect—ties optional.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Late June in Boulder is typically warm and sunny, with daytime temperatures in the 70s–80s°F and cooler evenings once the sun sets. Our wedding falls on the summer solstice, the longest day of the year, so you can expect plenty of daylight to enjoy the celebration! Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, so we recommend dressing comfortably for the weather and bringing a light layer for the evening.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

While the ceremony starts at 5:00pm sharply please arrive with enough time to be seated on time.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We love your children dearly! However, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate a small number of children at the wedding. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun and relaxing evening with us.

Where should guests park?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle from the hotel for your convenience. There is also free parking available at the venue, and you are welcome to leave your car overnight if needed.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten free or special diet options?

Answer

Please let us know in advance if you have special dietary needs and the venue will accommodate for it.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Will there be any other events I can attend?

Answer

Our rehearsal dinner will be reserved for the wedding party. However, we’d love for you to join us for welcome drinks on June 20th (location TBD). After the reception, we’ll also be continuing the celebration with an after-party at a nearby location (TBD)!

Please RSVP by May 21st so we can finalize details with our vendors. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
