DFW

DFW airport is the best place to fly into as it is only 20-30 minutes from the venue and hotel options. You can fly to Dallas Love if it is more convenient for you, but it is 40-50 minutes from the venue.

We will have shuttle rides to and from the venue from both hotel options before the ceremony and at various times throughout the reception. We will have a detailed itinerary provided upon check-in at the hotels.

This hotel option is for those that want to be close to Wade and Katie White before and after the wedding (approximately 45 minutes from the venue). There will be one bus to the venue for the ceremony and one bus back from the venue after send off. You are welcome to Uber outside of the bus shuttle times. Rooms available for the block rate of $79 through February 17, 2020.
