A must see for Oregon first timers - the tallest waterfall in Oregon. Pro tip: plan ahead and go online to get a parking permit before visiting so you can get in since it's timed entry now.
A perfect activity for the kiddos! The lion exhibit is Mel's favorite and Jake likes the otters :) New to Oregon zoo: Tula-Tu the elephant was born in Feb 2025 (and is so dang cute)
Another great option for the kiddos in Portland!
A fun immersive art gallery/museum in downtown Portland. A great way to spend a few hours, have a drink and/or food.
If you love books, you've GOT to go - it's incredible. The world's largest independent bookstore. Off burnside, there's plenty of things to do around Powell's as well.
If you have an extra day, we highly recommend you spend the day on the coast! There's so much to do in seaside and it's the perfect day trip. 10/10 recommend playing fascination in the arcade if you make it that far (think ski ball and bingo mixed)
