Traveling from Chicago
West Point is about a 4.5-hour drive from Chicago. You can take I-88 or I-80 West, then take both US-34 and US-61 south. Alternatively, if you'd like to take the scenic route, Burlington, Fort Madison, *and* Mount Pleasant are serviced by Amtrak (we love public transportation!!!)

(Un)fortunately Iowa is very rural! The reception is roughly equidistant to three towns: Burlington, Fort Madison, and Mount Pleasant. Choose your own adventure! All towns are about a 20-30-minute drive to the Pond, where we will be celebrating. We recommend the following hotels:
