Shuttle services will be provided to transport guests from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony starts. Services will also be provided at the end of the reception to take guests back to the hotel. The shuttle to the venue arrives and starts loading at 3:45pm. It will leave promptly at 4pm, and there will only be ONE shuttle running before the ceremony. Please be sure you are on time. The hotel is only 1 mile away from the venue. It will be a short, 5 minute ride.
