Who should I contact the day of the wedding if I have a question?

Is the venue building the same as the restaurant?

Answer

No! Please note that the venue building is called "The Garden Shed" and it is a separate building on the property from the retail store (Terrain) and restaurant (Terrain Cafe). If you follow the event parking signs when you enter the property, it will lead you to the correct building. Staff will be onsite to help direct if needed, but it is the building in front of the event parking lot. The building has a sign above the entrance that says "Garden Shed" - see image at the top of this page.

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please reach out to us if you have an allergy or dietary restrictions so we can modify your meal if needed. There will space on your RSVP card to make note of this as well. Meal Options: *Braised Short Rib - Tomato braise, polenta, red wine & tomato braised greens (GF). *Seared Salmon - beet purée, chermoula, charred eggplant, broccolini (GF). *Almond Poblano Pasta - Almond Pesto, parmesan, chiles (V).

Where can I park?

Answer

VENUE PARKING There is plenty of free parking at Terrain. Once you enter the property, please follow the event parking signs. If you go straight into the lot, event parking will be on the left. Terrain does allow cars to stay parked overnight if needed - please be safe! HOTEL PARKING There is plenty of free parking at the hotel for those who are booking a room. A shuttle will be provided to take guests to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the night. Please see the hotel and shuttle tab for more information.

Is there a shuttle from the hotel to the venue & back?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be available for guest staying at the hotel. It will take you to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the night. Please see the hotel/shuttle tab for more information.

Question

Can I have a plus one, can I bring my child, etc

Answer

Due to the smaller venue space we chose, guests invited and number of seats reserved will be clearly indicated on your RSVP card. We want to make sure all of our favorite people are included in our special day, so unfortunately we do not have flexibility to accommodate extra guest requests. Our guest count cap is very limited.
