RSVP info will be located on the formal invitation to follow, however, if you already know you definitely can or cannot attend, please feel free to give us an early heads-up! This information is incredibly helpful for us as we begin planning and getting initial counts. You can text Melanie at (585) 755-2050 or Kevin at (516) 780-3030.

What is the best airport to fly into? ✈️

Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) Solid backups include BUF (1 hour, 10 minutes from downtown Rochester) and SYR (1 hour, 20 minutes)

Where do I park at the Wintergarden? 🚗

Answer

Conveniently, there is a parking garage directly next to the venue. It is a flat rate of $10.

What is the dress code? 👗

Answer

Black tie preferred. We would love to see you in your finest attire! For women, long gowns or fancy cocktail dresses, for men, tuxedos or dark suits are fine.

Only if there was one listed on your formal invite. (Formal invites sent out at a later date)

This is an adults only wedding, other than some special guest, curly headed nieces and nephew coming to the ceremony... :)

What hotel should I stay at? 🏨

Answer

We are currently working on booking two different hotel blocks for our out of town guests. Check back soon for more information! They will both be located in the downtown Rochester area.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony.

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors? ☔

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held indoors at the same location. There is a beautiful balcony that guests will be able to visit and enjoy during the reception.

You know it! The drinks are on us—and they'll be flowing all night.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony? 📷

We kindly ask that you keep your devices tucked away during the ceremony. We have hired wonderful professional photographers who will capture every moment, and we promise to share the photos with you! For now, please relax and be fully present with us. Feel free to snap as many photos as you would like at the reception.

Yes, we are currently planning and shopping! We will have a few traditional registry items, but we are also saving up. Please check back for updated information!
