When should I RSVP by?

All RSVPs are due by Friday, April 3, 2026!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Everyone is asked to arrive at the St. Joseph Church no later than 11:45 a.m. on Saturday, May 23. Prelude music will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Is there transportation for the wedding day events?

Answer

Yes, we are offering shuttles for guests the day of the wedding. RSVPs for transportation are required! Shuttles will be available for transportation for all events. Shuttles will depart Hotel Indigo in West Chester, PA at 11:00 a.m. for St. Joseph Catholic Church. After the ceremony the shuttles will transport guests to the reception venue. Finally guests will be shuttled from the reception back to Hotel Indigo at the conclusion of the reception (7:00 p.m.).

Is parking available at the church and reception?

Answer

Yes! If you want to drive, parking is readily available at each location.

Can I jump on the shuttle last minute?

Answer

No. If you do not RSVP for the shuttle then you cannot ride.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony is formal. We suggest guests wear a suit and tie, dress, or a nice pants suit - no denim or hats. Please wear something colorful - no white, ivory, or cream. Once you get to the reception feel free to strip off those suit jackets and change your shoes!

Can I have my phone and take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

All phones must be silenced or turned off during the ceremony. We have a great photographer, so no need to worry about pictures!

Is parking available at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Parking is available at both the ceremony and the reception. We want everyone to have a great, safe day so if you do drive, please be responsible!

Can we take an Uber or Lyft?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are in the Pennsylvania suburbs. Ubers and Lyfts available but are not plentiful, so plan accordingly.

What time is food being served?

Answer

Food will be available at the reception, which kicks off at 1:30 p.m. We recommend a hearty breakfast since our ceremony is at noon!
