Day of Wedding Guest Transportation

We are offering day-of transportation for our guests! RSVPs for transportation are required.
Shuttles will be available for transportation to all events. Shuttles will pick-up guests at Hotel Indigo in West Chester, PA at 11:00 a.m. for St. Joseph Catholic Church. After the ceremony the shuttles will transport guests to the reception venue. At the conclusion of the reception, guests will be shuttled back to Hotel Indigo. RSVPs are required to ride the shuttle! If you do not RSVP for the shuttles, then we will assume you will be driving or have arranged your own transportation.
Ceremony Arrival
11:30 am - 11:45 am

The church ceremony is formal. We suggest guests wear a suit and tie, dress, or a nice pants suit. No denim or hats. All phone must be silenced and put away for the ceremony.
Guests are welcome to arrive at the church starting at 11:30 a.m. Music prelude to begin at 11:30 a.m. All guests to be seated by 11:45 a.m. and doors will close.
Ceremony

Reception

This event is dressy-casual; feel free to strip off those suit jackets and change into more comfortable shoes.
Our reception will begin with cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dancing. Since the celebration begins in the early afternoon, we recommend enjoying a hearty breakfast beforehand.
After Party

Now you can wear denim (or stay in your party clothes).
We won’t want to call it a night just yet, so after the reception, buses will head back to West Chester. Change into comfy clothes (or keep the party look going!) and join us at the Side Bar for late-night food, drinks, music, and more celebrating. Side Bar is only steps from Hotel Indigo!
