What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony begins. This gives you time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the "I do's" start right on time.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal / cocktail attire. For women, think cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. For men, suits or dress pants paired with a button-down shirt, suit jacket or sports coat, and optional tie are perfect. The venue is mostly grass, so we recommend wearing shoes that are comfortable for walking on the lawn. We can’t wait to see you dressed to celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

We would love to celebrate with everyone, but due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little (and big!) ones, but we are keeping the celebration 21+, with the exception of our flower girls. Thank you for understanding.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held outdoors!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We plan on having an unplugged ceremony. Please keep all phones and cameras tucked away. We encourage pictures during the reception!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, 3 speciality cocktails, and non alcohol beverages on us!

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will be serving Wood Fired Pizza as our main course! Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate all needs.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes there is ample parking on the site! Self parking only.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The shuttle service to the ceremony has been fully booked. Shuttle service will be available at the end of the night with no reservation, but all vehicles need to be picked up Sunday morning by 10:30 AM.

Smoking Policy

Answer

For the safety of all our guests and the surrounding area, our venue does not allow smoking of any kind. Due to increased fire risk during the summer months, we kindly ask that all smoking materials be left at home. Thank you for respecting our venue’s policy and helping us keep everyone safe.

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

The bridal party will be wearing a deep sage/eucalyptus color!
