What is the COVID-19 protocol?

In accordance with the changes in guidelines from Erie County, New York State, and the CDC, masks, and proof of vaccination are no longer required effective March 9, 2022. *At this time*, we are not requiring masks or proof of vaccination. However, the safety of our guests, our families, and ourselves is a priority, therefore, the mandate is subject to change. We continue to monitor the rates in Erie County and Buffalo. If the county or venue mandates safety protocols, we will follow them and keep everyone updated. We ask that you *please* do not attend if you are experiencing ANY COVID-19 symptoms as we have loved ones who are immunocompromised. If you do not feel comfortable wearing a mask, producing a COVID-19 vaccination, or a 72-hour negative test, we understand if you are no longer able to make it. ____________________________________ De acuerdo con los cambios en las pautas del condado de Erie, el estado de Nueva York y el CDC, las máscaras y la prueba de vacunación ya no se requieren a partir del 9 de marzo de 2022. *En este momento*, no requerimos máscaras ni prueba de vacunación . What is the Monkeypox protocol?

As with COVID, we will monitor our state and county recommendations and protocols. At this time there are none, but there are precautions and advisory's. We ask that if you exhibit any signs of Monkeypox to please stay home. We'd love you with us to celebrate but prefer you prioritize your and our family/guests health over this wedding. Our wedding is formal cocktail attire. Cocktail attire is a balance between formal and casual and elegant and comfortable. People may choose to wear a suit and tie or a cocktail dress. Some ideas for suit folks may be a suit/tie combo or a suit/no tie combo. Some ideas for those who choose dresses may be a dress that falls slightly below the knee or a jumpsuit. We ask that you please do not wear white, ivory, or beige. ____________________________________ Nuestra boda es un traje formal de cóctel. El atuendo de cóctel es un equilibrio entre formal e informal y elegante y cómodo. Las personas pueden optar por usar traje y corbata o un vestido de cóctel. While during the day it may be nice, not too hot or cold, at night the temperature may drop. While we love your little ones, we want you to relax and enjoy the evening. What if I have a dietary restriction?

Please let us know in your response on the RSVPs if you do have a restriction, or contact us as soon as possible so we may be able to accommodate it.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

For our ceremony we please ask that you turn off all your devices and not take any pictures with your phone or camera. We are having an unplugged ceremony and want all of you to enjoy the moment with us! You are more than welcome to take pictures after the ceremony (when the bride and groom have walked down the aisle).

Will I have to pay for parking?

Answer

No! There is free parking in the large lot in front of the venue.

Can I bring a date/friend?

Answer

If your invite states you have a plus one, you are more than welcome to bring that plus one. Please do not bring any extra guests that were not invited/stated on your invite.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony does have stairs, however, if you cannot go up/down them, there is a fantastic view at the top of the stairs with seating along with other guests. You will get one of the first looks at the bride as she walks down the aisle!

Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?

Answer

Yes, there is transportation being provided between the reception and the Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown. Guests are welcome to take the bus even if they are not a guest at the hotel but need a ride down there! We encourage everyone to be safe and please do not drink and drive. We will ensure you have options to get to your destination safely. One of those options is Uber and Lyft.

Will last names be changing after the wedding?

Answer

No, they will not. Stephanie and Cory are partners and individuals who love their last names and the history that comes with it.
