Question

COVID-19 Update

Answer

Currently, we are planning to get married and hold a reception with necessary precautions as scheduled in May. We intend to reevaluate the situation before invitations are sent out and decide whether we need to postpone or downsize the reception. Please be assured that during our planning, we are making every effort to abide by CDC guidelines. However, we do understand that some might not feel comfortable traveling and/or attending. When we get closer to May 22nd, we will list our plans to keep guests safe, as well as local guidelines. The venue has a large capacity with indoor/outdoor space for the reception. Please stay tuned for more updates.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is April 30th. You can either mail back the card enclosed with your invitation or complete online. Due to increased regulations, please RSVP as soon as possible. www.zola.com/wedding/meiningirwinwedding/rsvp

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of the children in our lives, in order to meet guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend our invitation to the children of our wedding party.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. Due to capacity restrictions, we can not extend a guest invitation for each person.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes we do! Our main room block is at Home2 Suites by Hilton in downtown Denver. In order to experience Denver fully we suggest staying downtown. The Comfort Inn is the closest hotel to the venue, but Isn’t as comfortable as other area hotels.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Casual (button down shirts or polos and summer sundresses or a skirt or pants with a nice blouse)
