What time do the buses leave for the ceremony?

Answer

The buses will arrive at the Westin at 2:15pm on Dearborn Street. Please be sure to be ready to board the bus at this time, as the buses will not be making multiple trips to the ceremony.

Will there be transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation to the ceremony will be available at the Westin at 2:15pm and will return after the ceremony concludes. Please indicate whether you will be utilizing this service in your RSVP.

Is there parking available at the hotel/reception?

Answer

Yes, there are several options for parking that guests can access: -There is valet parking for those staying at the hotel. There is also parking you can reserve in advance at a nearby parking lot for a discounted rate. We have have attached the link you can follow for your convenience: https://greenwayselfpark.com/hotel-parking/the-westin-chicago-river-north-parking/ -For guests that are only in Chicago for the day, the reception venue will provide valet service for the following prices: 0-3 Hours $20, 3-6 Hours $25, 6+ Hours $40 -Another option guests can consider is downloading the SpotHero app on their phone and researching parking spots in nearby parking garages for a discounted rate.

Is there parking available at the ceremony?

There is a small parking lot at the church and limited paid street parking. We recommend parking at the reception site, as transportation will be provided to the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire. Options may include tailored suits with or without a tie, dressy jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, pantsuits, or simply a button-up with slacks.

Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, the reception venue will check in with each guest prior to dinner service to inquire about any dietary restrictions.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. We hope you will be able to take the night off and enjoy the festivities! Should you wish to bring your children to Chicago for the weekend, we would be happy to work with you to secure childcare for the night. Thank you in advance for understanding.
