OUR ENGAGEMENT STORY

One Saturday morning, Luther prepared a delicious pancake breakfast for Meike and him. Afterward, they drove west of Auckland for a long-anticipated hike. At first, Meike hesitated due to the overcast weather, however Luther's enthusiasm convinced her to join him.

As they enjoyed the scenery, the sun finally broke through the clouds, illuminating their surroundings and highlighting the extravagance of the view. Amid many 'almost-perfect' moments, Luther strayed off track to create the perfect one. They paused to take a few photos against an amazing backdrop, and just as Meike thought they were about to continue their journey, Luther turned to her, got down on one knee, and asked her to marry him. 

Tears of joy followed as they looked forward to their future together, eager to share this joyous occasion with their loved ones. Immense gratitude was felt, for the blessings God had done and would continue to do in their lives. God is good!
