Question
What do I need to enter Czech Republic?
Answer
No visas are needed for US citizens. You will need an up-to-date passport (not expiring within the next 6 months) with adequate blank pages for entry and exit stamps. As of April 2022, there is no COVID restrictions for Americans to enter Czech Republic (no proof of vaccination or COVID testing). The U.S. no longer requires COVID testing to re-enter. However, we strongly suggest you bring your vaccination card with you just in case!

Do I need to book my room at the castle?
Answer
Nope! Your room is already reserved and paid for. You will receive your assigned room upon check-in at the castle. Please note that because the castle is a historic site, some of the rooms may be modest and smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

What is being provided at the castle?
Answer
The castle will provide meals (dinner on Friday, light pastries and coffee on Saturday morning, multiple food courses for Saturday afternoon/evening, and breakfast on Sunday). Where is the Savoia Castle?
Answer
The castle is located in the small town of Škvorec, about a 30 minute taxi from Central Prague. There are a few small restaurants and pubs sprinkled about but it will be quiet. More information here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C5%A0kvorec
