Note on transportation: Due to limited parking at the venue, we highly encourage guests to utilize the shuttle to and from Hotel AKA.
Thursday, April 23rd
For guests invited to the rehearsal dinner, a shuttle will transport guests to and from Hotel AKA to the rehearsal dinner location on Thursday, April 23rd. Please meet in the lobby of Hotel AKA at 5:00PM for departure to the rehearsal dinner at 5:15PM. The shuttle will bring guests back at 9:15PM and arrive back to Hotel AKA around 10:00PM.
Wedding Day Transportation
A shuttle will transport guests to and from Hotel AKA to the venue at River Farms.
Please meet in the lobby of Hotel AKA at 2:50 PM to prepare for the shuttle departure at 3:00PM.
The return shuttle will bring guests back at 10:30PM and arrive back to Hotel AKA around 11:00PM.
