Art Festival
This will be right outside our venue and goes all day! There's also a ton of cute stores downtown to wander through.
University of Iowa Museum of Natural History
We grew up going to this place all the time. Enter McBride Hall (directly North of the Old Capitol) and go up a flight of stairs. Rusty the giant sloth is an iconic symbol of Iowa City and you'll see little stuffed versions of him scattered through downtown.
The Black Angel
Famous Iowa City landmark, and also the cemetery where Spencer worked as a grave digger for a summer. There's a cute coffee shop called Press Coffee nearby.
The Hobby Corner
Our favorite board game and general hobby store that we grew up with. Support local business!
Dane's Dairy
Visit the small shack that started it all. Here is our high school summer job where we met. It's tucked behind a Casey's in the neighborhood we used to live in.
