Where is the Wedding?

The wedding takes place at "Venue at the Grove": Address : 7010 S 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85041

Do I RSVP online or mail in our response?

Answer

We ideally would prefer you to RSVP online. Our wedding website is listed on the invitation with a link and a QR code to use. There will be an area to RSVP once the formal invites have been sent out. If you are having any trouble, please let us know!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No" so we can plan accordingly.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is September 28th. This is a strict deadline that has no wiggle-room for accommodation.

What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP by the September 28th deadline, you will be marked "not attending". The reason for this is that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors by September 28th. We will miss you and sad that you will not be able to join us. So PLEASE make sure RSVP on time.

Are there rooms blocked at a hotel for guests?

Answer

No, we chose to not block rooms at any hotels. We hope you find a hotel that you love staying at on your own.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire. We ask that you try to follow it and dress accordingly. No jeans or t-shirts. Please stick to suits and dresses.

What are the Wedding Colors?

Answer

In case you are curious about our wedding colors for the wedding, the colors are navy blue and a rustic red/copper color. The bridesmaids will be in red/copper dresses and the men in charcoal suits.

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

Answer

We ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams. My mom always said if you have to ask yourself about the dress being too close to white or has too much white on it, it's best to not wear it.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER than 5 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive early if you wish and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find a seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter. There is usually a lot of traffic at that time of day so please make sure you add of buffer of about 15 mins to get to the venue

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired professionals to document the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a person's phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographers to capture. After the ceremony, starting at the cocktail hour, please feel free to take photos and videos as much as you want. We will have a QR code for everyone to use to upload photos and videos for everyone to share so we can look back on all the fun everyone had!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Although it is November, Arizona is notorious for being able to not predict how warm or cool it will be. November on average is not hot and starting to cool down. Usually at night is when it starts to really cool down so please bring a light jacket just incase you get cold.

Is the wedding Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. There will be an indoor area for those who would like to sit inside for a break or who get cold. The ceremony will be on grass so please wear shoes accordingly that you feel comfortable in. The reception will be on a stone patio.

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

There is no transportation provided. We recommend using Uber/Lyft for getting to and from the Venue. You will also be able to drive yourself to the venue if you desire.

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be parking available at the venue for those who choose to drive. There is NO overnight parking. So please make sure to take your car home at the end of the night. If left behind it will be TOWED and we will not be covering this for you.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will be listed on your invite. If you show up with a plus one that was not invited, they will be asked to leave as we have a strict guest count that will not be adjusted for an additional person that was not accounted for.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar serving a variety of wine, beer, liquor and mixed drinks. We will also have signature drinks that we hope everyone enjoys.

Are children allowed?

Answer

There will be NO children allowed. This is a childfree wedding. Please do not show up with any children.

Are pets welcomed?

Answer

We kindly ask that you leave your furry loved ones at home so you can enjoy the night out.
