Although we love your little ones, this is an adults-only affair.

We recommend staying in Edgartown & Oak Bluffs - both are less than a 15-minute drive from the venue & have quaint, walkable downtowns. We will have a bus to take guests from downtown Edgartown & downtown Oak Bluffs to the venue and back following the ceremony and reception. If you decide not to stay in Edgartown & Oak Bluffs (completely ok too!) there are taxis on the Island to take you to the venue (there is also Uber and Lyft, but they are harder to come by).
No you don't! Edgartown & Oak Bluffs are walkable downtowns. There are also Taxis/Uber/Lyft & public buses - just plan ahead & leave extra time. That being said, if you plan to extend your trip and want to explore more of the island, having your car will help. There are many taxis and rental cars available on MV as well. One ferry company, called The Steamship Authority, will enable you to take your car over to the island.
Yes, cocktail attire (cocktail dresses & suits). The ceremony and reception will take place on grass, so ladies, wear shoes that you can walk on grass in! While September is the most beautiful month on the Vineyard (in our opinion) it can get chilly at night, so we recommend you bring a shawl or light jacket. Welcome Drinks on Friday night is summer smart casual - wear what you feel best in, and again, bring a light jacket!
Yes - there is parking at the Sailing Camp (overnight parking is allowed as well). You can also take our shuttle from downtown Edgartown/Oak Bluffs or Taxi/Uber (allow extra time).
- Plan a schedule with plenty of room for traffic (especially if you're coming on Friday or Saturday!). - If you've reserved space for your car and miss the ferry, there is a standby line. Just know that it may take a few hours of waiting. - The last boat to the island runs at ~9:30 pm. If you miss that, then you're stuck on the Cape until the next morning! - Getting on the ferry should be the most stressful part of this weekend (and hopefully, it isn't all that stressful 😉), but once you're on, grab a beer onboard and jumpstart the weekend's fun!
