Martha's Vineyard has always been a special place to us, and we're so excited to have everyone there to celebrate our wedding! Since we began dating, we've visited MV with Meghan's family, who grew up with summer vacations on Cape Cod & the Islands. We have always thought the Vineyard would be an extra meaningful place for our wedding. A typical visit to MV for us has always included long strolls and bike rides around Edgartown, walking around Oak Bluffs & exploring the Island! Don't forget to grab a lobstah roll (Pryce had his first lobster here!).

On October 12, 2017, Meghan scrolled through Pryce's online dating profile and extended a modest olive branch with a simple "like" on one of his photos. Pryce remembers quickly reviewing her profile and found that the two had many things in common, including a recent trip to Vietnam, maintaining a busy social life, and having a keen interest in Excel. Pryce quickly crafted up a witty response to a photo of Vietnam, but then did not send the message for 24 hours in effort to not seem too eager. After a week of texting and playing the "not too eager" game of drafting a response but delaying delivery for at least 24 hours, they were excited to agree on the details of their first date. The evening of their date, Pryce biked 8 miles to Meghan's neighborhood of Upper East Side in 43-degree weather to arrive on time but kept this impressive feat to himself to avoid seeming over-eager. When Meghan arrived, the two hit it off immediately, discussing their shared interests and getting to know each other over drinks. After four hours, Meghan had to leave to pack for a trip, but both she and Pryce were secretly smitten. Pryce biked 6 miles home, already excited about the possibility of a future with Meghan. When Meghan arrived home, similarly enamored, she was the first to break the unspoken 24-hour rule and reached out to Pryce, who was overjoyed to hear from her and finally end the unwritten game of mental chess. Since that moment over five years ago, Pryce and Meghan have been eager to experience life together, traveling and exploring NYC, introducing each other to family and friends, and remaining inseparable.
