FAQs

The Wedding Website of Meghan Clausing and Julian Klein
Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Since we have many out-of-state guests, the sooner the better! The deadline to RSVP will be January 25th, 2027. If we don't hear from you by then your RSVP will be counted as regretfully declined.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we are inviting you to have a kid-free evening. We are not allowing children at the wedding. If you are in need of a local babysitter, let us know and we can give you some recommendations.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive at 3:30pm to settle in and enjoy a drink before we begin. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, plus ones and guests are not allowed unless specified on your invite. You'll be able to confirm if you have a plus one when you RSVP.

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire - think suits and midi or full length dresses. We request you leave jeans, shorts, and flip flops at home! The wedding ceremony will take place outside on a grassy lawn, so please plan your footwear accordingly.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Uber and Lyft are highly recommended. The venue offers parking for approximately 80 cars. Transportation to/from the venue is not provided.

Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception take place at Oak and Fennel Farms at 4525 Castle Hayne Rd, Castle Hayne, NC 28429.

Question

Is everyone invited to the Welcome Party on Friday?

Answer

Yes, all guests listed on your RSVP are invited to join us on Friday evening from 7-9pm at Little Drum Landing in Downtown Wilmington! We’ll have cocktails and dessert ready for you, so we recommend eating dinner beforehand. You can find parking in the Little Drum parking lot or in one of the parking garages downtown.

Question

Where should I stay? Where should I fly into?

Answer

Please visit the "travel" section for nearby hotels, airports, and travel information.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough, though should you choose to get us a gift you can view our registry by visiting the "registry" section on our website.
