Best Western Parkside Inn

Please call the Best Western Hotel to book your rooms, wedding discount will not be offered to those who book online. Please call (502)-695-6111 to book your stay. Let the receptionist know that you are booking a room under the Head wedding group. Rooms are reserved for June 5th and 6th. The room rate is $102 per night, which ends up being $115.69 per night with tax. Guests have until May 5th , 2026 to make reservations. Reservations can be cancelled up until twenty four hours before (June 4th, 2026). It is not required for guests to stay at this hotel, however this will be the only hotel that the shuttle will run back and forth between the venue.

A shuttle will be running from the Best Western hotel to and from Castle & Key starting at 4 pm and ending at 11 pm.

Flight

Lexington Airport (LEX)

Lexington Bluegrass is a small airport, but it is definitely the closest and most convenient airport to the venue and hotel. If you can not find a flight you like directly to Lexington Bluegrass, the other two airports are Louisville and Cincinnati. Louisville (SDF) is the second closest airport, being only a fifty minute drive from the Best Western hotel in Frankfort. Cincinnati (CVG) will be just under an hour and a half from the Best Western Hotel. Both Louisville and Cincinnati are significantly larger than Lexington and may have more flight options.
