The resort has two different sides that you can stay at but either side includes ALL amenities the resort offers. The Lady Hamilton side is more updated and is on the side of the resort that features adult only pools and beaches. The Jamaica side of the resort is closer to kid-friendly amenities such as the water park and is not as updated. We have reserved rooms on the Lady Hamilton side of the resort because the rooms are more updated and have ocean views.

You will need a valid USA passport for travel to Jamaica. Without proper documentation you may be refused boarding. Children will also need a passport. I would recommend ordering a passport AT LEAST 3-6 months before the trip! Starting March 1, 2022, visitors of Jamaica no longer need a Travel Authorization Form to enter the country.
As of right now, US visitors DO NOT need to obtain a negative Covid-19 test to enter the country. Effective June 12, 2022, air passengers will not need to get tested and show a negative COVID-19 test result, nor show documentation of recovery from COVID-19, prior to boarding a flight to the United States, regardless of vaccination status or citizenship.
The resort has its own app where you can find a Directory and Map, About the Hotel, Covid-19 Information, Fitness and Entertainment. If interested, download the app- Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts and choose Montego Bay, Jamaica
Yes, all of the resort employees live off of their tips and are very thankful for tips from guests. It would be a good idea to bring $1 bills to tip whoever you like!
