If you are flying in, we recommend a rental car for getting around to all the amazing sites in Tahoe. Lyft and Uber are also available within South Lake Tahoe.

While we do not have a room block available, there are many great options for accommodations in downtown South Lake Tahoe, just 10 minutes from the venue by car and walkable to many dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The Golden Nugget is a great option for a large casino accommodation.

For a more boutique hotel experience, we suggest the Coachman, which is also in downtown South Lake Tahoe and walkable to the lake, restaurants, casinos, and shopping.

Shuttle

Shuttle to Venue

THERE IS NO PARKING FOR GUESTS AT THE WEDDING, EXCEPT FOR THOSE RENTING A CONDO ON PROPERTY. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE DIRECTLY TO THE WEDDING. For ease of our guests, we have booked a shuttle service to and from the venue (PineWild). PICKUP: The shuttle will pick guests up at 2 locations at the following times: 1) Caesars Republic Hotel, Stateline, NV - 1:30pm, 2:30pm. 2) Kahle Community Center, Stateline, NV - 1:55pm, 2:55pm. There will be signage in front of the shuttle at pickup. The Caesars stop is walking distance from any hotel in the main casino corridor. All parking in the area is paid. The Kahle Community Center stop has free parking. DEPARTURE FROM WEDDING: The shuttle will arrive at the reception at 9:00 and 9:45 PM to take guests back to the two pickup locations. ALL PICKUP TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE. WE RECOMMEND ARRIVING 5-10 MINUTES AHEAD OF PICKUP.
