When are RSVPs due?

Please submit your RSVP here on our website by June 30th, as this is our final headcount for vendors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is a family affair! Children are welcome, and we have tried to note invited children on the wedding invitations. If there is a child who needs to come who is not mentioned on your wedding invite, please let us know in your RSVP.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Yes, if you are invited as a solo guest. Each invitation represents you and your partner OR one guest of your choice. (Plus small children for those who have them!)

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

THERE IS NO PARKING FOR GUESTS AT THE WEDDING, EXCEPT FOR THOSE RENTING A CONDO ON PROPERTY. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE DIRECTLY TO THE WEDDING. For ease of our guests, we have booked a shuttle service to and from the venue (PineWild). PICKUP: The shuttle will pick guests up at 2 locations at the following times: 1) Caesars Republic Hotel, Stateline, NV - 1:30pm, 2:30pm. 2) Kahle Community Center, Stateline, NV - 1:55pm, 2:55pm. There will be signage in front of the shuttle at pickup. The Caesars stop is walking distance from any hotel in the main casino corridor. All parking in the area is paid. The Kahle Community Center stop has free parking. DEPARTURE FROM WEDDING: The shuttle will arrive at the reception at 9:00 and 9:45 PM to take guests back to the two pickup locations. ALL PICKUP TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE. WE RECOMMEND ARRIVING 5-10 MINUTES AHEAD OF PICKUP.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail to semi-formal attire. Think cocktail dresses, floor-length dresses, fancy pantsuits, suit and tie, blazer and slacks, etc. We do not recommend stilettos as this event will be outside on grass. For those who get cold easily, a light jacket is recommended for evening. Our color theme is autumn, (rusts, dark green, burgundy, etc) for those who like to dress to match. But really, wear what you like and what feels good to you!
