The River Run parking lot is free and easy to access. Located right off of Highway 6, once you pull into a free spot, you can walk through River Run Village to get to Kickapoo Tavern.
Yes! All Keystone Lodge & Spa and Lakeside Village guests, that have booked under our group code, will be picked up at the main entrance of the Keystone Lodge & Spa. River Run Village guests will need to go to the information center at the main River Run entrance and wait under the log structure. Guests will be picked up between the blue and red signs. The shuttle bus will have Skinner-Hall Wedding located on the bus. Guests staying at the Hyatt Place hotel will be picked up at the main entrance. The bus will make it’s rounds to all pickup locations starting at 4pm so guests should be prepared and at pickup locations at that time. The bus will stop at Hyatt Place first (if needed) followed by River Run Village and then the Keystone Lodge & Spa. From there they will make their way to Keystone Ranch.
Yes! The early shuttle bus will depart Keystone Ranch at 9:30pm and drop guests off to hotels under our group code. The last bus will pick guests up at the conclusion of the wedding at 10:30pm and drop guests back off to hotels under our group code.
Yes, there is a free parking lot at the Keystone Ranch.
During the Summer months the temperature often reaches the 70's or 80's and drop into the 40's at night. Weather changes by the hour in Keystone. High-altitude areas have low humidity which keeps the air dry.
