We met in April of 2009 at Virginia Tech at our friend's birthday party and it was love at first sight (or something like that)! We dated in college but both went our separate ways after graduation. Although Bob lived in Costa Rica and I lived in Washington, D.C. we reunited in 2013 at our friend Rick's annual disc golf tournament at Chicken Mountain in Orange, VA. After many moves, ups and downs, and endless adventures together we put down roots in Point Pleasant, New Jersey just a mile from the beach with our dog Riggins. Our next adventure...Iceland.

We looked into planning our wedding here in New Jersey but were overwhelmed very quickly. We both LOVE to travel and haven't been able to as much as we would like together since buying a house and starting new jobs. Although neither of us have ever been to Iceland, we have both always dreamed of going. So we thought, this could be the perfect opportunity! A huge thank you to those who are crazy enough to go with the flow with us and travel to another country to see us tie the knot, we love you!
