During our ceremony, we ask that you do not take pictures. We have hired a wonderful photographer and videographer who have that part covered! We prefer that you, our guests, stay present with us and not behind your device. Once our ceremony has ended, however, take all the pictures you want! Be sure to share them with our wedding hashtag #VanDiverEverAfter
Our ceremony starts promptly at 4pm.
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) at the same venue as the reception.
Invitations will be mailed out mid July, with a September 15th RSVP date. Please RSVP by the deadline through our wedding website. RSVP’s not returned or late may not be able to get incorporated into the final head count for our venue.
Our ceremony and reception site has plenty of parking! If you need to call an Uber or LYFT after the wedding, don't worry about your car, the venue does not tow cars left overnight.
The venue is semi-formal. We know you will all show up looking your best and fabulous! The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) but don't worry, we are not getting married on the grass!
We will have light appetizers available during cocktail hour and for dinner, our venue provides a wonderful buffet with plenty of food Including a vegetarian option!
Yes! We have a block of rooms available for our guests to book through the Best Western Plus Delta Inn & Suites locates at 5549 Bridgehead Road. $125.99 for a single king room $139.99 for a double queen (This price applies to rooms booked for the night of November 1st and November 2nd.) Our block of rooms is held until September 1st, 2019. After that date you can get the discounted price up until one week prior to our wedding based on the hotel’s availability. To book a room, you will need to call the hotel directly for reservations and mention “VanDiver Wedding.”
