What is the wedding attire?

Answer

We welcome you to dress in semi-formal attire. Think suit and tie, cocktail or long dresses. Please note that the ceremony location is grass, so choose footwear accordingly.

Is the wedding venue outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is completely outdoors and the reception will be in a large tent. We're hoping for a beautiful Fall day but the weather can be unpredictable. Should it rain or be too cold outside, the ceremony and reception will take place in the outdoor tent. The tent has walls to be fully enclosed and there are heat lamps but please come prepared with a jacket if you anticipate being cold!

What is the best way to get to/from the wedding?

Answer

We recommend using the provided shuttle service between the hotels and the venue. Parking is available at the venue. Please do not plan on utilizing a rideshare service as there is extremely limited availability. For a car service you're welcome to try Sure-way Taxi - (845) 794-5050.

What's for dinner during the wedding reception?

Answer

We will be serving dinner family style. There will be a wide variety of entrées and sides available to you including vegetarian options. Please let us know during your RSVP if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we would love to spend time with your little ones, the ceremony and reception are adult-only events. However, kids are welcome to join for any of the other weekend events. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Are the events wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes. Appropriate accommodations have been made to be as accessible as possible.
