Attire: Elegant and elevated for a warm-weather celebration. Suits with optional ties encouraged; floor-length, midi, or dressy cocktail dresses welcome.

Dinner Options Below: Herb Crusted Chicken - Marinated breast of chicken, a dusted blend of herbs and roasted to perfection, topped with a white wine compound butter. Set on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus spears. Parmesan Crusted Haddock - Fillet of haddock, topped with an Italian Parmesan crust and baked, then set atop a bed of wild rice pilaf, sided by roasted asparagus spears. Mediterranean Portabella Mushroom - Marinated portabella mushroom cap, baked and topped with fresh spinach, roasted bell peppers, crumbled feta cheese, nut-free basil pesto, and a balsamic reduction.
