The Museum asks that you park in the bottom lot at the Art Museum. There should be space available for all guests, but we recommend calling an Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare service if staying at a local location. Due to the hotels being spread out, we will not be providing transportation to and from the venue. We ask that all guests provide their own transportation to and from the venue.
You will be greatly missed! If you cannot join us for our wedding day, please indicate your regrets on our RSVPs so we can plan accordingly.
Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP on our website. Thank you for understanding!
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. Due to space, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party and family. We hope you understand & can enjoy a fun date night!
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting formal, black-tie optional attire for the Ceremony and Reception and cocktail attire for the Night Before.
We recommend that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes before our 6 P.M. ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule. If you are late and the wedding has started, we ask that you stand in the back until the ceremony is finished and then join us at the reception.
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We hired an amazing photographer team to capture all special moments. However, you are more than welcome to bring out your cameras and phones during the reception!
When you RSVP, please inform us of any allergies or food restrictions and we will work with our caterers to accomodate these requests.
Please refer to the travel section of our website to find hotels nearest to the venue. We have blocked off rooms at 3 hotels for our wedding guests. However, they are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. We have also added three additional boutique hotels.
Depending on traffic, the hotels we listed are about 10-15 minutes away from the venue.
The hotels are about 15-20 minutes away from the airport. However, traffic around the airport can be heavy during rush hour (4-6 pm) so please plan accordingly!
