Shuttle to Venue

A shuttle will be provided to transport guests to and from the Hyatt Regency Rochester and the venue throughout the evening. The first shuttle to the venue will leave the Hyatt at 3:45 pm. We encourage everyone to take the shuttle if possible to avoid driving as there is an event in Rochester the same weekend, and parking may be limited.

Hyatt Regency Rochester

We have hotel rooms available at a discount here at the Hyatt Regency. Staying here will put you right in the center of downtown Rochester and is only a 5 minute walk (0.2 miles) from the ceremony and reception. Parking is also available at the hotel. The deadline to book the discounted rate with the room block is May 26th!

Flight

Rochester International Airport (ROC)

Practically in downtown Rochester, you will land less than a 15 minute drive to the center of the city and the recommended hotels! Also an ideal location if you are looking to spend any time in the finger lakes region.

Flight

Buffalo International Airport (BUF)

This airport is about 1.5 hours from Rochester. However, if you're interested in seeing Niagara Falls, this is a great option! Travel from Buffalo to Rochester is best by car, or you can look into booking an airport shuttle between Buffalo and Rochester.

Train

Amktrak - Louise M. Slaughter Station

For guests coming from the NYC/Philadelphia area, taking the Amtrak is an available travel option. The Louise M. Slaughter station is a few minutes drive from the Hyatt Regency Rochester.
