Hotel
The Hyatt is located immediately next to the after-party venue. The buses to and from the venue will be leaving from this hotel. Our room block closed on August 16th, but you can still book a room here for a regular rate.
Hotel
Although we do not have a room block here, The Residence Inn by Marriott - Long Island East End is also an option. If you plan to attend the after party, we HIGHLY recommend staying at The Hyatt to avoid driving or needing Ubers after the reception.
Train
Friends traveling from NYC can take the Ronkonkoma line from Penn Station or Grand Central to the Riverhead LIRR Station, which is just a 5–10 minute Uber ride from The Preston, the Hyatt, and our venue. The train station is on Osborne Avenue and Railroad Street, just North of West Main Street (Route 25).
Travel Note
For guests traveling from New England, we highly recommend taking the Cross Sound Ferry from New London, CT, to Orient Point, NY. You have the option to walk on without a car or bring your vehicle aboard. From Orient Point, it's just a 30-minute drive to the venue and hotels. Plus, who wouldn’t want to skip I-95 traffic and avoid driving through Manhattan?
Flight
The closest airport to us is MacArthur Airport, located in Ronkonkoma, NY. It is a 35 minute drive to the hotels and venue. Airlines such as JetBlue, Breeze Airways, Southwest, and Frontier all fly into this airport. Alternatively, you can fly into JFK Airport (Brooklyn) or LaGuardia Airport (Queens). Both are an hour from our venue. We suggest checking out KAYAK.com for great flight deals.
