NOTE: The check-in is on the 7th floor of the hotel! This hotel is a 10 minute drive from the venue, and a 10 minute walk from the UIC-Halsted Blue Line stop. We recommend booking early, as we've been told that June 28-30th is a popular weekend and hotels will fill up quickly. If you'd prefer to call the hotel to book, ask for the 'WEDA’ rate plan to reserve the Wedding Rate Discount. GETTING TO THE HYATT PLACE FROM O'Hare: The Blue line terminates at O'Hare, meaning it's very easy to walk from the terminal and get on the blue line headed into town. Get off at the Division stop, and walk 10 minutes North on Ashland Avenue to get to the hotel. GETTING TO THE HYATT PLACE FROM MIDWAY: We recommend taking a rideshare. Lyft has a neat feature where you can call the car as soon as you deplane, and it will time the car to be at the arrival spot about the same time you will. It's possible to get to the hotel using public transit, but it will take transfers. You can take the Orange L line to the 9 (Irving Park) bus, and get off at the Ashland and North Avenue stop, which is the corner the hotel is located on. You can also take the Orange line to the Clark/Lake stop (this is in the Loop), get on the Blue line towards O'Hare, get off at the Division stop, and walk 10 minutes north on Ashland to the hotel.

Chicago O'Hare (ORD)
Chicago O'Hare is the larger of the Chicago-area airports, and will have more flights from pretty much all the flagship carriers except Southwest (though there are some of those too!). GETTING TO THE HYATT PLACE FROM O'HARE: Public Transit: The outermost end of the BLUE LINE is at O'Hare. Take the blue line to the Division Stop (13 stops from O'Hare), and walk north on Ashland Avenue for about 11 minutes. The hotel will be on the right. Rideshares: There are lots of Ubers and Lyfts around. It would be a 30-45 minute ride, longer with traffic.

Midway is smaller, and the airport that more Southwest, Allegiant, and Frontier flights go into. GETTING TO THE HYATT PLACE FROM MIDWAY: We recommend taking a rideshare.
