Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Meg Newton and Jesse Cummins
We’re so happy you’re coming to celebrate with us! For some of you this is your first time in the city, and for many of you San Francisco is already full of great memories. Either way, we hope you get out of the hotel in between events and try something new! Below are some of our favorite ways to explore the city - starting in the Marina to North Beach, along the Embarcadero, and back toward Nob Hill near our venue. A few notes for exploring: Weather: San Francisco summers are famously chilly (even in August!). Bring layers, especially at night and near the water. Walkability: Nob Hill is on the top of a hill, walking down to North Beach, Jackson Square, and the Embarcadero is easy. Walking back up is a workout, so Uber is your friend! Getting around: Ubers/Lyfts are fast and affordable, and Ferries to Sausalito/Tiburon leave from the Embarcadero. Have fun exploring, we’re SO grateful you’re here and we can't wait to give you a hug!
