We are not reserving specific room blocks, however, we recommend the following hotels. The shuttle we are using to transport guests will depart from and return to the DoubleTree by Hilton, and the other three hotels are right next door. These hotels are nearby the Richmond airport, approximately 25 minutes from the venue. Shuttle
Charter Bus

We are excited to offer a shuttle to and from the venue for your convenience. The charter bus will pick up guests from the DoubleTree by Hilton (Richmond airport location) at 3:00pm and take guests to the wedding venue. The shuttle will then depart from the venue at 10:45pm and return to the DoubleTree hotel. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you plan to utilize the shuttle, please let us know when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Directions to the venue
Historic Jasmine 4500 N Courthouse Road Providence Forge, VA 23140 From I-64 eastbound: Take exit 214 onto SR-155 toward Providence Forge. In 0.2 miles, turn right onto N Courthouse Road toward Providence forge. In 0.3 miles, at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto N Courthouse Road. In 2.1 miles, turn right and arrive at Historic Jasmine. From I-64 westbound: Take exit 214 toward Providence Forge. In 0.2 miles, turn left onto N Courthouse Road toward Providence Forge. In 0.5 miles, at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto N Courthouse Road. In 2.1 miles, turn right and arrive at Historic Jasmine.
