We got engaged here! You may recognize some spots from our engagement photos.
Our favorite bike path has a small Concord piece that we frequent and a much longer section extending 11 miles from Acton to Lowell.
The place to go to learn about our hometown area's key role in the American Revolution. Or, skip the visitor's center and just enjoy the easy trails and historic buildings.
Fans of Little Women (2019) will recognize Louisa May Alcott's home, which is a museum inside.
Our local independent bookstore in Concord center, just one of many shops to browse on a stroll through the historic district.
A second book store in Concord center, specializing in secondhand books.
This beautiful little state park is famous for being the home of Henry David Thoreau. It has an easy trail around the pond, and if you can grab a spot, we love the little beach on a summer day.
Our favorite local Chinese restaurant. Not the reason we moved to Concord, but it's a bonus.
One of our favorite local breweries (and the easiest to get to by car).
We took this tour for one of our first dates. Megan's go-to recommendation for Boston visitors.
We came here on one of our early dates. Hokusai was the temporary exhibit at the time.
This little gem of a museum is walking distance from the Museum of Fine Arts.
Located in Boston's Chinatown, Zach's first visit was on our first New Year's Eve together.
Where Megan introduced Zach to Chinese duck.
The first time we were here we did the tour. On many subsequent visits, we've come for trivia, beer, and beer pretzels (the garlic parmesan dip is Megan's favorite).
Possibly our favorite brewery tour experience was at Sam Adams!
If you're staying out this way, we frequent this little brew hall for their Wednesday night trivia. The Rail Trail Flatbread Co. next door is excellent for pizza.
We primarily come here for the ice cream, but Kimball Farm has many fun activities to fill an afternoon or a day. We've done the mini golf, bumper boats, driving range, and arcade, for starters.
