Travel and Event Notes

We are looking forward to welcoming all of our guests from near and far! The closest airports are Ronald Reagan (DCA), Dulles International (IAD), and Baltimore/Washington International (BWI). If needed, rental car services are available at each airport. All guest are welcome to utilize the hotel room block we reserved at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Gaithersburg, MD. The hotel is located at the Rio Washingtonian Center with plenty of shops, restaurants and activities. Please see the section below or the FAQs for details on room block rates and reservations. If you prefer alternative arrangements, see below several other hotels in the area. Transportation for guests to and from the wedding venue will be provided via shuttle service (masks required on shuttle). Shuttle pickup and drop-off location is the Residence Inn in Gaithersburg. We do not recommend Uber (see FAQ page for details).

This is the meeting place for Shuttle service pickup and drop-off. The shuttle departs the Residence Inn at 5:10pm, and will depart the wedding venue at 11:05pm.
