As much as we’d love to invite all of the children, we can only accommodate a few close family children. We are asking guests to refrain from bringing children, unless otherwise noted on your invitation. We hope you understand and respect our decision.
The dress code is semi-formal. Ladies please avoid wearing white, ivory or cream. For ideas on what to wear check out my Pinterest board: https://pin.it/1MdOFxS35
Only people named on the invitations are invited. If given a plus one it will say on your invitation.
The deadline to RSVP is July 1st. If you do not RSVP before that date we will assume you will not be in attendance.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, and allowing our photographers and videographers to do what they do best, however feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want during our reception.
The parking at the venue is limited. There is a parking lot not too far from the venue but we do ask you to carpool if possible. Please leave the handicap spots for our guests who need it most!
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will be in the event hall, with access to the outdoors.
No smoking or vaping of any kind will be allowed on the property or the surrounding public areas/land.
We will provide beer, wine, and champagne. There will be non-alcoholic beverages as well. Please make sure you have a designated driver as the roads to and from the venue are winding.
We will be incredibly busy with prepping the venue and ourselves for the big day and will not be able to arrange any travel for anyone to or from the airport. Please allow us to enjoy our last week as an engaged couple, and be mindful of the accommodations/ arrangements you may need.
