Question

Do I need to get a covid test before the event?

Answer

As things currently stand, we will highly encourage guests to be tested (even if you have received the vaccine) before the event. Additionally, per the current venue policy and guidelines, wedding guests must have proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test 48 hours prior to the event. We will provide more details on this as the date approaches or if this requirement changes.

Question

COVID-19 Questions

Answer

As much as we wish we could predict the future, we will not know what the state of our world will be in October regarding safety requirements. However, we will continue to keep you updated here as things change moving forward. We will also be watching state guidelines closely and making modifications based on those. We wanted to give everyone a heads up that there is a strong possibility that we will require a negative PCR test within 48 hours of attending for ALL guests. Please understand the level of importance we place on this request as we have high-risk guests that we would like to protect. Thank you so much for your help in making this a fun and safe celebration.

Question

Where can I get tested?

Answer

Make an appointment to get tested here if you’ll be in San Diego 48 hours before the wedding. PCR test is FREE https://booking.sameday-testing.com/booking/california--san-diego--pacific-beach

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, we would prefer to celebrate with only you at the wedding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi formal. Wear whatever makes you happy! Suits, cocktail dresses, formal summer dresses, dressy suit, or jumpsuit. Tuxes and gowns are also welcome. It will be outside right on the ocean, so a light sweater or jacket might come in handy. The ceremony and reception will be on artificial grass, so flats wedges or block heels recommended.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking near the venue is limited since it’s at a private home. We recommend guests take a Lyft or Uber to the venue.
