Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st 2026. However, we kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you know your attendance in order to assist the couple in planning transportation needs to the venue given the number of out of town guests invited. There is a question in the RSVP about transportation.

Question

When should I book accommodations by?

Answer

We recommend booking hotels or Airbnb as soon as possible to lock in rates and availability given the nature of the holiday weekend in Denver! Labor Day weekend can be quite popular here due to the draw of the autumn foliage and great hiking!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

A first come first serve courtesy block is set up at the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station. This hotel is easily accessed by train or car, and is close to the Welcome Party location (Wynkoop Brewing Company). See Travel tab for details. There are many public transportation friendly hotels near Union Station and Denver Convention Center (off the 16th street free ride shuttle) with varying prices depending on your travel goals and budget. Airbnb is also a great accommodation for mountain getaways or larger friend/family gatherings in one place

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your children, we are only able to accommodate the children of close family and the wedding party. Please use our event as a fun date night/getaway weekend and consider a babysitter. If planning a family vacation around our wedding date, please inquire about in town/hotel referred babysitting for the night.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing courtesy buses to shuttle to/from the venue and a single pick up and drop off location/time. We kindly ask you RSVP how many seats your party will utilize as soon as you know your attendance so we can book how many buses we will require. If the pick up and departure times are not preferred by your party, please consider driving to the venue.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We coined "mountain chic" to describe our attire. Think of it as casual elegance. Nothing overly formal with a focus on comfort. For women - Flowing cocktail, midi, or maxi dresses. Wedges and sandals recommended as cocktail hour will be on gravel and grass. Layers recommended for cooler mountain nights. For men - Casual suits, natural fabrics, or suit alternatives like a blazer, chinos, collared shirts (button down or polo), jacket and tie optional.
