Is There a Dress Code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in garden formal attire. This may include tuxedos, suits or elegant floor-length dresses that reflect the romantic, summery feel of our garden setting.

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and enter the name(s) listed on your envelope. Please be sure to answer all the questions provided. Kindly submit your RSVP by May 1st. If you're unable to attend, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible. Any RSVPs received after May 1st will be marked as a "no," as we will be finalizing the headcount with our vendors shortly after the deadline - you will be missed!

What do I do if I'm Late for the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 to allow time for mingling and seating. In the event of late arrival, our coordinator will advise whether seating is still available or if you will need to wait until the ceremony concludes. Rest assured, you will still be able to attend the reception. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

Will There be Transportation Between the Hotel and the Venue?

Answer

Shuttles will depart from the Courtyard Hotel promptly at 3:00pm to transport guests to the venue. After the reception, shuttles will return to the venue, where guests can choose to be dropped off at the Courtyard Hotel or continue the celebration with us at a nearby bar!

Is There Parking Available at the Venue?

Answer

Complimentary guest parking is available but limited. Signs will be posted at the entrance of the venue to guide you. Once parked, please proceed up the driveway where an attendant will direct you to the ceremony location.

Will the Ceremony and Reception be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the lawn, and the reception will be hosted on the patio under a tent with fans for comfort. Guests will also have the option to step inside the house, which will be air-conditioned, for a cool retreat.

Can I Bring a Plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless explicitly indicated on your invitation envelope. When you RSVP, you'll be able to see the exact number of guests you are invited to bring.

Are Children Welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be primarily an adults-only event. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children.
