Attire: Wedding Casual. Think beach wedding, but in the desert. Above all, we want you to look and feel your best! Please keep in mind that our venue terrain is partially paved with gravel areas so heels are not recommended.
Itinerary & Transportation Info We will have one bus to transport guests from the Best Western to Tumbleweed Sanctuary. At the end of the wedding, there will be one bus to transport from Tumbleweed Sanctuary to the Best Western Hotel and another bus to transport to the After Party location. Be advised, all buses will make ONE trip only so make sure to be on time for boarding. 4:00pm - 4:15pm: Load Bus at Best Western Hotel 4:30pm: Departure to Tumbleweed Sanctuary 5:00pm: Guests Arrive 5:30pm: CEREMONY BEGINS 6:00pm: Cocktail hour with appetizers 7:00pm: Taco Time!!! (with vegetarian options) 10:00pm: Board buses & Depart There will be 2 buses. One is going to the Best Western Hotel and the other is going to the After Party. 10:30pm - 2:00am: AFTER PARTY! After Party

Our venue has a strict noise restraint and requires us to close down the party at 10pm. If you're up to continue the party, we would love for you to join us at the After Party! We will supply alcohol, snacks, and a joint table! The after party house is a short 15 minute drive from the Best Western Hotel. There will not be a transportation service from the After Party to the Best Western Hotel. Uber/Lyft is in limited availability. Listed below are a few cab services in the area.
